  • Where can I buy a keg/do you make kegs for the perfect draft machine?

We don’t currently produce kegs for the Perfect Draft/The Sub machine but never say never! Any updates of this in future will be announced first on our social media pages so make sure to check back.


  • I placed an order on the website but haven’t received my order confirmation email?

The email may have gone into your spam folder, however if you are still unable to find it, please get in touch via our contact form and we’ll be glad to check this out for you!


  • Why is it more expensive to ship to Highlands and Islands?

As a Scottish brand, we would prefer to not charge extra for shipping to Highlands and Islands but unfortunately our postage prices are determined by the couriers that we use currently.


  • How do I return an item?
